Field Trip: Moore Farms Botanical Garden

Join us for a guided tour of Moore Farms Botanical Gardens. Garden staff will lead a walk through the gardens with a focus on native plant collections. We will see beautiful garden designs, learn about the art, history, and ecology of the garden, and discuss horticulture tips and best practices. 

What to expect: The tour will include a non-strenuous walk through the garden on paved and dirt paths. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended and please dress appropriately for the weather. Make sure to bring water, and you may want sunscreen, hat, bugspray, snacks, and other personal items.

Location: Moore Farms Botanical Gardens (100 New Zion Rd, Lake City, SC 29560)

Time: 10AM - 12PM. 

Cost: Free!

Transportation - Participants are responsible for their transportation. However, for anyone wanting to carpool, we will meet at the CCU Science Center (301 Allied Dr, Conway, SC 29526) to consolidate vehicles. The carpooling group will depart at 8:30AM.
