Special Meeting: SCDOT Midlands Meadow Pilot Project

In this special meeting we will hear from the SC Department of Transportation about its pilot project to test planting pollinator habitat along highway rights of way.

We will join the Midlands Nature and Bird Alliance and others to host Jennifer Gruber, the State Roadside Manager for the SC Department of Transportation. Jennifer will share information about her agency’s pilot project to provide pollinator habitat along stretches of Interstates 95, 20, 26 and 77 in the Midlands. This is really exciting so we hope you’ll join us to find out what’s going on.
