Summary

An advocacy success story with SCNPS founder Rick Huffman

Description

Join us Saturday April 24th from 9am to 1pm for an incredible spring walk in the woods at the Audubon Center for Conservation at Beidler Forest with none other than the founder of the SC Native Plant Society Rick Huffman. Note that a $12 entry fee will be required as part of this outing as a donation to the Audubon Society paid at the visitor's center adjacent to the parking lot. Our hike will be slow-paced and well trodden, but do be prepared with long sleeves against sun and insect bite. Bring plenty of water and snacks and plan to spend a day of deep discussion on the advocacy that continues to provide these special places for the State of South Carolina.

Details will be sent along to registrants, and registration opens April 11th, two weeks before the event.
