SCNPS Grand Strand - Native Plant Garden Tour

Come see the beauty of native gardens in our community! The Grand Strand SCNPS Native Plant Garden Tour is an opportunity to see examples of home gardens with native plants, learn from garden hosts about their native plant gardening journey, ask questions and chat with other native plant enthusiasts, and soak up inspiration. The Native Plant Garden Tour will feature three home gardens around the Conway area. This is a self-driving tour with opportunities to carpool. Help support the SCNPS Grand Strand chapter and enjoy a day of garden beauty and fun! 

Location: We will start and end the tour at the Conway Marina Native Plant Garden, next to the Conway Outpost restaurant (4 Elm St, Conway, SC 29526). There is plenty of public parking where people can leave their cars if they choose to carpool with other participants. Tour participants will receive a map and addresses for tour stops after registration.

What to Expect: We will spend approx. 35 minutes at each garden stop with roughly 15 minutes of driving in between. We will be walking short distances, but there may be uneven ground or stairs. Please bring a water bottle, snacks if desired, sun protection, and comfortable shoes.

Time: 9AM - 12:45PM (Please arrive by 8:45AM so tour can leave promptly at 9AM). 

Suggested Donation: $15 (pay what you can). Donations support our mission and make events like this possible!
