Description
Join us to see the fleeting beauty of native spring ephemeral wildflowers! Brookgreen Horticulturists will lead a tour talking about the unique ecology and life history strategies of spring ephemerals. Blooming flowers may include Bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis), Trillium (Trillium spp.), and Mayapples (Podophyllum peltatum). This will be a low exertion event, but will include extended periods of standing and walking (~1 mile).

Time: 9:30AM - 11:30AM
Cost: Free (please inform the gate you are attending the SC Native Plant Society meeting upon arrival)
