Description
We'll be conducting a plant survey of Victoria Bluff Heritage Preserve with the help of State Board President of the SC Native Plant Society, Dan Whitten. Never participated in a plant survey before?? No problem! Dan will be giving us the highlights of plant surveys his local Plant Society Chapter have conducted in the Upstate the night before so make sure to join us at our February 10th Chapter Membership Meeting! Make sure to bring a brown bag lunch! SPACE IS LIMITED - REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
CAUTION: Small Game Season will be underway while we are at Victoria Bluff - ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR SOME BLAZE ORANGE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING (Hat/Vest/Etc) TO PARTICPATE IN THE SURVEY.
NOTE: We will not be collecting plant samples during this survey.
When: Tuesday, February 11th, at 11:00 am.

What to bring: Brown bag lunch, Sun protection, water, phone with iNatuarlist App downloaded, paper and writing utensil if preferred, hand lens, bug protection, snacks, BLAZE ORANGE article of clothing (hat/vest/etc)
